Do you need help with your eTicket purchase? If so, please read on.

If you purchased tickets on-line via this website, please see the FAQ below as you may find the answer to your query here.


Q: You have taken the money from my account but no tickets have arrived in the post? Why not?

A: You have purchased electronic eTickets when using this website, and as per our terms and conditions, no tickets are posted to you


Q: So how do I gain entry to the event?

A: After successfully completing your ticket purchase, you should have received a confirmation email from receipts@etickets.to which contains your entry information. Please print out this email and bring with you to the event, since this acts as your "ticket". Failure to do so may mean you cannot be admitted. The person who bought the tickets should present the card they use for purchase as an additional security measure. All customers attending should also bring some form of ID.


Q: I have a receipt from Google Checkout confirming I have paid for the tickets and the money has left my account, but I was not sent my eTicket. Why not?

A: The most common reason for this is mistyping your email address into the eTicket order page, and therefore the confirmation email bounces when sent. If you have successfully paid for your tickets but NOT received your confirmation email from receipts@etickets.to, we will need to manually re-issue your eTicket. Please send an email to ticketsupport@mbpromotions.co.uk quoting your Google order number (found on your Google purchase receipt) and ideally sent from the email address you registered so further mistakes can be avoided.


Q: I ordered 2 or more tickets but my Google Checkout receipt show Quantity 1. Should I be worried?

A: No. The Google receipt shows 1 transaction for the total amount you were charged. The confirmation email from receipts@etickets.to will show how many tickets you have purchased.


Q: I've just realized I don't have or can't find my eTickets confirmation email and it's almost time for the show. What should I do?

A: We will have access to our ticket systems on the night, so please print out your Google Checkout receipt and present it at the door.
